Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern US time on business days will process and ship same day. Orders placed after 1 pm Eastern US will process and ship the next business day. 

Once an order is processed, shipping time is 2-3 business days in the United States. Outside the United States, shipping time should be about 4-8 business days, not including any customs delays.

COVID-19 UPDATE: USPS, DHL and other carriers are practicing social distancing protocols in their warehouses to keep their employees safe.  As with everything now, health and safety are the highest priorities and this may cause a delivery delay on your order. We want to make sure you get your Snaps as soon as possible and are doing everything we can to ensure that. We apologize for this inconvenience during this challenging time and very much appreciate your patience.
